  13.     I am trying to use preprinted forms for printing and have some questions
  14. about paper sizes other than the standards offered by page setup.  The
  15. particular form I am using is 8 1/2" wide by 8" long on continuous feed paper.
  16. In addition, it is sometimes desirable to separate the forms and load them into
  17. the Laserwriter for printing.   My question is how do you safely set the page
  18. size within the confines of MacApp.  I have tried creatively setting the
  19. margins so that every line on the paper could be used vertically, but this did
  20. not work.  Since the page length is still set at 11" and the printer believes
  21. there is a portion of the page that just can't be printed on, there are gaps at
  22. 11" intervals.

  24.     The view being printed is a TTEView with text that has been inserted and
  25. formatted for 8" long forms by the application.  It seems that
  26. TStdPrintHandler.CheckPrinter is the bottleneck for setting up the page
  27. rectangles within fPageAreas. This looks like the method to override and modify
  28. but what exactly must be done so that everyone ( the Print Manager and MacApp )
  29. is happy?  If you have any ideas or have tackled this issue a reply would be
  30. greatly appreciated.
